Suspect in deadly Beer Pong Game Sentenced
ALBUQUERQUE – Jack Trujillo was sentenced to seven years plus a period of supervised probation by District Judge Briana Zamora for his role in the 2015 South Valley double shooting during a game of beer pong that left one man dead and another critically injured. Trujillo plead guilty to two counts of aggravated battery and one count of tampering with evidence.
Co-defendant Esias Madrid pled guilty earlier this year to one count of second degree murder and aggravated battery. Madrid was sentenced to 16 years followed by two years of parole.
